Everyone wore a mask, so I can't speak for how strictly it's enforced cause everyone did it. I didn't roam around too much but I didn't see any unmasked people. There are no meals, they sell snacks and drinks but you eat it socially distanced at your own risk. The chairs and people are as socially distanced as you could be on a boat like that. Chairs were set up nicely but some people moved them around.
We were on the dinner cruise. $51 dollars a person. Non refundable. You wear a mask while on the boat but not while your at your table eating. Each quest is assigned a table. There is enough space between each one do no worries there. They take a picture of you before you board giving you the option to buy after the cruise. $33 dollars maybe. I can't remember. There is a parking fee of $8 dollars. The food was good and they had a live band as well. We cruised up and down the Mississippi river and the cruise is 2hrs long. Hope that helps.
Everyone wore a mask but we took ours off once we were seated as no one sat near us. There is a place for food while waiting to get on but the seating is confusing and I would stay away from the burgers.
You have to wear your mask while getting on and off and moving around the boat. Once seated you may remove it. Seats were far enough apart and you're in open air outside so it was good. We didn't have a meal on our cruise so can't answer that part.
