Ok I thought after RTA is turned in they go inspect before making a decision? Been on many years just ported down here to be near kids. They took the packet made a decision no inspection that's in Peoria.

Well yes then you shouldve had an inspection but they let you kno if it passed or fail b4 you can move in or not...

It's a packet they give now to take to landlord go through everything make sure it's ready for inspection. First I've heard kids were little when I got on housing I work never made alot but I havent moved in over 30 years until now
