Everyone there was very friendly! My case worker, Sparkle, was very considerate when helping me and she was really nice to my son; She gave him balloons that he loves! The woman at the front counter was really sweet talking to my son, making him smile 😊 It's unfortunate that other people have had bad experiences but mine was a stress-reliever. Edit: I was kicked out of my home because of a falsified OP and now the only place I can live is three hours away. I've called and talked to someone about my voucher and I've left a voice-mail but am getting no help. Now my wife and her lover is using MY voucher and the employees here don't care. I now see why everyone rates this place so low.

Beautiful people. Friendly service and helpful. You must be patient. Have all your paperwork together and if you don't have everything they will set you up with a time to come back again. Housing is not as bad. The people there really work to go out of their way to make sure that you have an affordable place to stay. I am so grateful for Miss Tomeka Bilbo and Miss Regina wright. I am so glad that they're there to assist me when I need them.

You can call Springfield Housing Authority if the person that you're renting from is a landlord through their program. If the landlord is not part of the Springfield Housing Authority program then you may call the city pending the problem.
There is none. Rent is due on the first unless you have direct deposit with them and they will take it out on the fifth of each month

Like most business there is a chain of command. With out knowing your particular information, here are some very basic instructions. You would first check to see who is over that manager. Once that is established then you can let them know what's going on. You may need to give time to respond. I hope this is informative and wish you well.
Well yes then you shouldve had an inspection but they let you kno if it passed or fail b4 you can move in or not...
Going through some changes. Change is often difficult, but give them a chance. There are some awesome people who work in that office.
Section 8 Walk-in days Monday 1 - 4 PM Wednesday 8 - 12 & 1 - 4 PM. Every other day you may need to contact your worker for an appointment.
