I purchased a used refrigerator about 6 months ago, we’ve done a major home remodel, so it’s taken a while to have time to sit down and write this review. I was happy with the customer service when purchasing the refrigerator. I live in a nearby neighborhood so I had it delivered. Since being in the middle of a remodel, we waited to connect it ourselves 1 day after delivery. It worked great for the first 2 days, then I woke up to a noise coming from the motor, it was no longer working. We have a deep freezer so we moved the frozen items to that, however, we lost the refrigerated items. When I contacted Brads to ask about what to do, they offered the technician, but that was 2 days out, and I had already made up my mind to just get a new one anyway, I had already ordered it. This was my first experience with a used refrigerator and it made me nervous after losing my food. I paid with cash so I feared not being able to get a refund. I thought, since we were doing the remodel, I asked if I could use that money towards something else In the store and return the used refrigerator, she said yes.....minus the delivery fee, which I knew I wouldn’t get back, it’s most definitely stated that it’s non refundable and It just is what it is. However, when the driver came to pick up my refrigerator, he brought me a check with a full refund. I couldn’t be more thankful to the owners/management for their customer service durning this extremely trying time for my family. Our remodel was torture, mentally and financially, and the way they treated me was BEYOND helpful.

Horrible experience all the way around. Terrible customer service. I bought one of their reconditioned washers with a " 6 month warrantee". If you live over 25 mi away you have to haul your defective machine back to them. Fine. I got my washer home and it filled with water but wouldnt spin or drain. I called them to tell them what happened and was told I could not get a refund but that if I hauled it back MAYBE someone would look at it . This was said in a tone of complete indifference. I vacuum the water out , we load it on our truck top take it back.At the shop , the sale lady was completely bored and indifferent. She said the tech would look at it but had no idea when that might be or how long it would take. Since I live an hour away , going home to wait for a call then to turn around and travel back an hr each way had no appeal to me. I asked if I could exchange it for another washer. The sales gal agreed. I found a larger nicer washer that was acceptable. I paid the difference and thought that it was over. BOY WAS I WRONG. New washer washed one load and started to register error code. Do they even check these things before they put them on the sales floor?? UPDATE Got the error message to clear and washer appears to be working. Still one of the worst customer service experiences.

Do not come here!!!! Please go somewhere else. They will tell you a manager will call and they never do. I brought a dishwasher from here brand new and it had a dent in. and they want to offer me credit . Hell no!!! They couldn’t have dropped it or it could be damaged. Also they were unable to hook my dishwasher up-stating they can’t do any hard wiring. Please save your money and headache and go Lowe’s or Home depot where there are professionals

We bought a washer from here a week ago. First load the washer is jumping... They say they test it before they sell it- but I struggle to believe that with how the washer worked (or didn't). We ran the washer a few more times to make …

In dryers it's not usually the start button. Unless it's physically broken. Door switches and thermal fuses are the usual not. Starting or running issues
