Was called and told my order couldn't be delivered Sunday as they don't have flatbeds which is totally fine. They scheduled it for Monday. Monday rolls around and it never comes. Tuesday comes and still nothing so I call that evening and the girl said she had no idea why I didn't get it and I would have to call back the next day to figure it out. Here is Wednesday and I've called and called and can't even get someone on the phone. I hear someone pick up and it clicks and reroutes me and keeps ringing. These issues are so gilar to just this Lowe's. It seems anytime I order anything online no matter what Lowe's it comes from it's a nightmare.

I liked this Lowe’s at Victory Crossing from day one, because of it being in close proximity to our home. Over the years they have saved us all kinds of gas money. Today I came in here like a bull in a China cabinet, in a hurry as usual, and an associate named Derek saw me floundering trying to find a door sweep for the kitchen and he flew into action on his handheld PC and located the sweep in record time. Lowe’s you have one more happy camper because of Derek.

My husband and I went in the Portsmouth Lowes for a couple of items. As we walked through the store, several people greeted us. When we needed assistance everyone was more than helpful (the lady who stopped what she was doing to search an item, the manager who did the price check, the young man who loaded our car.) They were all very pleasant.

This is a large location with a big selection of home improvement, repair, and decor with a fairly large garden center. The problem is that there are no associates to assist you in the store and the lines are always very long. It’s a great place to find what you need, but don’t expect help and be prepared to wait in line.

Yes. Saw a sign today; family pets and service dogs welcome.
Lowe's has been like that for years. Homedepot is better but thank God for little hardware stores.
They are good
Go measure.
Concrete bags are usually between $4 and $5 per bag depending what exactly you get
