I gave this place a second try. First time the fry's tasted like the bag and were not done/ second time they put any sandwich in the bag and they were not what I ordered at all. I will not be eating at this location ever again. Food was dry and they gave no sauces or utensil's. eww.

Last time eating here drive thru at night the worst . For the love of Christ please teach your children proper customer service and proper etiquette is hello greet people when they come through the door .Please don't act like somebody just supposed to be able to know you not ready at the speaker and then you still have to wait 5 more minutes only to be treated crazy .CUSTOMERS IS EVERYTHING TO ME . I say Mangers please . 🙏 I am now who you gone talk to . OK that said enough Im praying for the young lady .God bless

Trifling! We got our food. Food was fine but my bf realized his debit card wasn't returned. When we called a second time to let them know who ever was working drive thru didn't return the card, the girl who answered the phone got defensive saying she worked drive thru, "how could I take it if I'm still at work, i dont even have a car" etc. I could see if it was mistakenly given to someone else but no sooner did we hang up with her being combative on the phone, did my bf get text alerts with his card being denied $66.77 at a "Beauty World" in Portsmouth, after they got $20 in gas at a Citco. A hot mess. Thankfully we can cut cards off and get new ones at the bank.

This Arby’s is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s good, fast, and fresh. Other times it seems dated and the service isn’t friendly. It all depends on the day. Prepare for long lines at the drive through with confusing traffic patterns.
