This store either needs to hire people that want to work or shut it down! There are carts everywhere with inventory on them. Clothes everywhere, shelves are a wreck! A complete disaster, you can’t find anything!

They really need to hire more people. Customer service is Kind as possible when you have a lot of people that can't find products that haven't been shelved. Lighten up and hire some new employees.

Although it's a cluttered store due to lack of help stocking shelves it's a nice and newest of the ones in my area. Prices are always great too . However the customer service is a lil on the uninformed side of the buisness.....so I had a money order from western union and this store does Western Union. I called before going to see if they would cash my money order and the manager on duty said she was not at liberty to say over the phone. Like um okay......so then I asked what would be the latest to come in store to talk to someone about my money order and she said that she would have to contact someone else.....so pretty much she just was lazy didn't want to envolve herself with something she knew nothing about and blew me off instead of learning something that as a manager she should already know. Hmmm.

This is a great location. The staff are friendly and the store is kept clean. On the other hand this comments here is for the returning customers to those that this apply: STOP STEALING!! DAMN WE CANT HAVE NOTHING IN PORTSMOUTH! SMH
