Nathanial is by far the best ! It is a warming welcome every time I come there or even just on the phone talking to him! He is knowledgeable and considerate. Has so much compassion to my car situation the last 3 months . I leave Newport News just to deal with him only at that store . He deserves a promotion and some . I am very happy and look to ONLY deal with enterprise ..... I mean NATHANIAL ( LOL ) until I purchase a new vehicle !! Hello, To whom it may concern my experience this time definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you for the great service. Well this experience wasn't as good as my previous visits. The car was at the body shop and they brought it to me with repairs that was still needed. The car inside wasn't cleaned and previous renter hair in seats. I was still charge full price and not the vehicle I wanted.

I got a rental car through my insurance after I totaled my car. Julie helped me out. I gotta say her customer service skills were beyond expectation. Calling me back within 5 minutes. Friendly courteous intelligent: Julie is absolutely the best of the best. She got me an awesome Corolla as well the same car I wrecked but way newer. Wish I could keep this car it’s sweet! Julie is really a a asset to this company: she should be promoted to manager right away! Killer customer service!

The car was clean, check out was fast and easy. When I returned the vehicle I was asked if I needed a ride anywhere. I didn't know they offered that service, it is nice to know for next time. The two customer service reps gave A+ service.
