A very good shopping experience. The most important aspect was that I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and after listening to me and asking a few questions, I found out there might be a better solution to my problems and it was significantly less money. My lasting impression was that I was valued as a customer, not a checkbook. The unit they recommended will be in next week and I will be able to compare what I thought I wanted and what they think is the best fit for me. One way or another I will not be returning without a cart. With his used inventory you can pretty much compare the big 3 Yamaha, EZ-GO and Club Car, but they also have Stars and Evolutions, I couldn't find that kind of selection in Portland or Seattle.

Tim at Salem Golf Car has Great Customer Service! We manage a self storage business and our golf car quit on us. Tim knew my husband has trouble walking (years working construction) around the facility so Tim is doing his best to get the cart back to us - that is so rare these days...Thank You Salem Golf Car !! :)

I run a general repair shop for equipment, trucks, and autos. we deal with a lot of vendors, this company does not communicate, nor do they ship parts in a reasonable time. They do not answer there phones or return calls. I would not recommend this company to anybody. It seams to me once they get your money they are done!!
