I have always found the staff very friendly and accommodating. Even when they are busy, they don’t make you feel rushed or insignificant. They know their jobs and answer questions in a way that is clearly understood. I’ve used the notary there. I found the document/form vague enough that I had thought I followed the instructions to the letter. I had not-that crazy form should be written in a more accurate way. She was kindly and explained how it needed to be done. This required much effort to round up new witnesses to view my signing of the form. I also had to redo the form. She told me when she took lunch and when she would return so I didn’t corral these people and we all were waiting around. I thought that demonstrated a real respect for me, them, and our time. Everything went smoothly. She also told me that the pricing points were varied between USPS, UPS, etc. She didn’t try to sell me on one over the other. When I chose a less expensive mode than what they could offer, they were happy. She didn’t make me feel guilty. I always enjoy the professional care I receive here at this location.

I recently moved to Salem and in need of a notary service. Staff and Quinn (owner) are very friendly and accommodating. The whole vibe at the store is friendly.

Dropped off a package to be returned to Amazon, got our tracking info and UPS says it only had label created. I called the UPS store 4 days later to be put on hold for over 7 minutes so I hung up and called back to the same gal ask "is that you". I told her yes and she was rude and nasty telling me the hold packages for days until they have enough to ship back and that they had no packages left to go back. When I inquired further she said they had no way to track packages that left their store. Really are they a UPS store but cannot track their own shipments??? And she offered no assistance. Just plain rude.
