We took our cat in for her first appointment today and they were really fantastic! Everyone was so kind and we got in right away. They were really clear about our billing and what was going on with our cat before anything was done. Really friendly and professional staff. We will definitely be returning 😊

The staff is extremely friendly. They clearly love animals. They did an excellent job of making my anxious dog comfortable and were even able to trim his nails which is something I can't even do. The only reason for the 4 Star instead of 5 is because of the new electronic record. I was the first getting a quote for surgery so that took them awhile to figure out. They also didn't have the next months schedule templated (so nothing past 2 weeks and minimal openings). Check out took a very long time because of this.

The microchip is not a tracking device so to locate your cat he/she would need to be brought into a facility and scanned for the chip. The chip has an identification number that is linked to a registered account. The facility contacts the database and retrieves the owners information and then they will try to contact you. Some microchip companies also have additional services where they will email fliers to all local animal facilities as well. It is important to update your information in the registry as we often find pets but the client has changed their number or moved. We hope you are reunited with your fur baby soon!

There was a hospital that offered something similar to that but they were located down the street and are unfortunatley no longer there. We do not currently offer discount days.
Have you tried calling to see if they can give you a ballpark figure?
I don't recommend going here. They are at least three times more expensive than the one I switched to in Albany. Linn vet clinic.
