Yes they are operating two stores in Marshal, Illinois selling artillery shells and mine& Shell devices that have never been legal in Illinois. One is at 1801 N. Illinois Hwy 1, Marshal, IL . And the 2nd one is at 102 W Trefz Dr., Marshal, IL . I would think the State of Illinois would have some responsibility if they are advised of these sales and do nothing.

In a community of less than 250 residents can you burn garbage or building materials?
