Horrible expereince with a rep from IRTA, have yet to receive any info on dental plan...was told it takes 3 weeks..it has been 30 days...she just kept on saying it takes time.....she can resubmit.....no help at all, not one I am sorry...just kept on making excuses! No help at All!!!
