In the past received good service from Green Hyundai and so have friends. In the last 18 months or so, the experience has been quite poor. They have had issues with getting parts in, so that part isn't their fault. But the communication has also been lacking.

We went to Green Hyndai on South Dirksen today because our 2023 Sonata arrived. Before even being asked if we were financing, paying cash etc.. they ran our credit through 6 different banks when we already had 3rd party financing prior to entering the dealership. In July, we received a print out showing the total price of the vehicle. Today the price was $1,000 more. Questions were raised that were not answered as to why there were so many price differences from July until now. Very upsetting to have our credit run without giving consent to do so. We had a $1,000 deposit down and decided to think it over as things just seemed "off" to us in the deal. We were told the car might not be there when we returned tomorrow, even though they still had our deposit. We ultimately decided against the purchase and were threatened with not getting our deposit back. Worst dealership I've ever experienced and do not recommend giving them any business!!

Save your money. That's all I can say. That's how I had to buy my first car. Nobody would finance me or co-sign me.
My wife bought a used vehicle from them with the AC not working....they promised to fix it and now 3 months or more later it still isn't fixed...
