I showed interest online in purchasing a vehicle from Green Nissan. I was put in touch with one of their salesmen, Jason Hines. I authorized him to do ONE hard credit inquiry and specified that he was to get my authorization before running more than that. By the end of the day, I decided I no longer wanted to work with him due to his pushiness and inability to listen to what I was looking for. I made clear to him via text that I was going to go through a different dealership that day. Instead of respecting my decision, he chose to run FOUR more hard credit inquiries the very next day after being told I wasn't interested in working with him. And he ran those inquiries without my consent. He does not respect boundaries or specific instruction. I now have to go through the process of removing those inquiries I did not authorize, that he fraudulently ran after I very clear not to do so. Purchasing a vehicle is already stressful, especially living 2 hours from the dealership. The ONLY way to make this right is to remove ALL FOUR credit inquiries ran on 10/18 - that were ran after I specifically stated I no longer wanted to work with Jason Hines and specified I would be working with a different dealership all together. This is a violation of my privacy, makes my credit look worse, and down right FRAUD. He stole my information after I ended doing potential business with him, and did what he wanted. I have all email and text communication specifying to Jason I was no longer interested in dealing with him or Green Nissan on 10/17. Jason's response when I contacted him about running those inquiries without my authorization: "Well I got you approved." I wouldn't take a free vehicle if he offered me one after violating my privacy and sneaking around doing as he wishes with my personal information like he's entitled to do so. As if doing what he did was going to make me change my mind. I will not be calling you Daniel, after being verbally insulted by Jason and the finance manager as if I was stupid to be upset. I will communicate with you via email.

One of the best full service dealerships in town. Unfortunately like most other dealerships in town they have recently had staffing cutbacks. Be prepared for 3 weeks plus for service. That being said, their prices are reasonable, and they do the job right the first time. Now if Nissan (The Auto Manufacturer) would just start making stuff people want to buy again, I would be happy to purchase a vehicle here...

I had the pleasure of buying a car from Ty Thean, he was patient and found me a car I love. Very professional and helpful, would highly recommend visiting him and the staff at Green Nissan!

Excellent service all around. The employees were very friendly, the service I requested was done quicker than expected, and they were all very helpful. The only thing that hurts are the prices, but it's not as bad knowing that the quality of care to my vehicle was top notch. I would definitely recommend Green.

None that I know of. Most people were wearing masks. I did not wear one and it was fine.
Yes. Contact any of our service advisors and they will be able to tell you the best approach
