They have "seafood" in different items. This tastes like crab, but is actually from "bottom feeder" fish that eat The same places a as crabs. If taste is the most important to you, then go for it. The entire buffet was excellent. For those wanting the exotic, there is a large selection of sushi, which also has a warning sign about the dangers of eating raw.
Imitation crab (probably whitefish) with cheese. I think I've seen crab cakes in the past, too. Their best feature is the hibachi grill, by far.
