The sushi is good
Lunch is $9 and dinner is $13 the food is awesome. All you can eat.
It pretty much has the same menu for lunch and dinner and it has a bar with sushi and you can have your things cooked on the grills. There are plenty of things to choose from

They have sweet and sour, teriyaki, general tso, sesame, bourbon, and they also have buffalo and regular chicken. Its a good place! :)
Never seen crab legs, but I have seen frog legs and crawfish.
I have never had a dirty glass or plate there,and I have eating there for 5 years. Place seems clean to me ,I wouldn't have returned if it was dirty. What is behind closed doors, I do not know. Yes it gets inspected.

They have gloves that you put on while at the grill. Of course you have to wear your mask.

If you go after 11am you will be safe. I know dinner starts about 4pm. Great buffet, sushi and Hibachi, only Chinese place I know that also has real ice cream.
