I agree with the other user, Aaron, who posted right before me, that the place is really lovely but unfortunately, at least one person on the staff is really off-putting. She made my family and I feel uncomfortable and feeling as if we were not "good enough" to be breathing the same air or something. We would greet all staff when coming and going but this one woman would always just watch us with a very disgusted and plain mean look on her face, making us shuffle to get through the lobby as quickly as possible. I honestly cannot think of even one time that she ever smiled or greeted us, as if her customer service job doesn't require it, like all jobs in that field do. I'm surprised yet feeling a little better knowing now that other customers had similar treatment from staff, so I don't feel singled out. However still, they really should do something about the staff and this particular woman's smug attitude toward patrons, because otherwise this is a very wonderful place to stay.

Yes they have them there. I stayed in a three bedroom suite this past March and it was pretty nice.
