Zero patient focus from front desk receptionists and worse treatment from the dentist himself. Dr Thomas supposedly fixed a cavity which now I have to have a root canal on. When I confirmed that it was the took he worked on last time all he said was "looks fine to me". He has very poor bedside manners and doesn't explain any procedure. Front desk clerks try to hand you off to other workers. Steer clear of this facility. The only positive thing I could say is the dental hygienists always were respectful and did a thorough job. Overall: one long nightmare.

I was vacationing in Myrtle Beach and developed an abscessed tooth. The office got me in the same day and service was stellar. I was called in on time, the dental assistant Kristen was so sweet and the dentist was gracious as well. I received a prescription for antibiotics to get me home and I was on my way. Thank you all for the good and efficient service.
