I was told on August 31, 2018 that I would receive a refund o $1430.00 because the dental lab could not produce an acceptable product. It is, after multiple calls that on Oct 13, 2018 , I still have not received a refund or a phone explaining.

A lot of practices pay out refunds monthly or quarterly. They may be waiting for their refund too. I haven't had the need for that type of issue but I am sure if you are due a refund you will receive it. I find them to be helpful and straightforward. Maybe call the office manager and express your concern and just ask how long it may take.
