Yes....you have to make reservations to tour. They do have free open to the public events a few times a year

Yes, there is an admission fee for access. The amount depends on the activity.
You do not have to be a member to visit the Center. Membership, and other donations are always appreciated. While reservations are encouraged, there have been occasions this summer where visitors have been able to get a tour by simply showing up, but it's not always like that. There is a fee associated with all the tours and these are posted on the website.
