First, there is no size called a tea cup. That's a BS label bad breeders throw around to sell runts. Second, I recommend checking out a local conformation dog show that has Yorkshire breeders present. That is the best way to get a quality puppy from a reputable breeder.

Go to a yorkie rescue. Breeding should be illegal until all rescues/shelters are empty and all animals are adopted.
