No matter how many times I ask, drivers leave my packages on the side of my house in the weather instead of walking up the sidewalk to leave them on my covered porch. Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with.

Lots of ppl like to leave negative reviews but I have the inside scoop. Workers try. They really do. The reality is that a lot of the package handlers (different from the drivers) are not of the same work ethic and simply throw packages to what truck they THINK is the correct one. It's not an uncommon instance at all for packages on the manifest to not be on your truck. Don't get salty at the company because the PACKAGE HANDLERS THAT FEDEX HIRES DIRECTLY can't find the motivation to do their jobs correctly (hmm maybe that's a management problem). Realize that the drivers do a hard job, working in the hot a** sun all day, only for you to be able to receive your DOG FOOD AND GRILLS AND PATIO TABLES, ALL OF WHICH YOU COULD FIND LOCALLY IF YOU FELT LIKE GETTING UP OFF YOUR A** AND GOING TO THE STORE

I was expecting a large, light package of plastic tubes. Tracking said it went on truck in Ashland on May 11,2022. I waited, kept checking tracking...on it's way...it's the 16th...still on truck. Then it turned red and said something is up??? On the 17th it's a miracle. My package was delivered on the 12th. What a laugh. I never left my home and we live on a dead end street. Sad that they can backtract the package and say delivered. I did a claim(lol) Fortunately I was refunded my money by the original shipper. Their tracking says it was Never delivered.
