Is Dr. Carter still around? I think of him alot. He use to care for two of my dogs,Sugers and Sassy. Sugars was a shih tzu,poodle and Sassy was a peekapoo back in the 80"s and 90"s. He was a very caring Dr.

Dr Spangler is the new Dr there, She's just as good as Dr Carter who h was my reason for going back and staying with her.

When he became sick he sold the practice .He was a great veterinarian..
