I have been a customer here with several cats for many years. After seeing my senior cat a few weeks ago and not seeming to really hear what I was saying and paying to have the suggested blood work done, they recommended a different food and I was honestly no closer to any more information that what I had going in. He has not improved and no follow-up appointment is available with them and they said to instead take him to the animal urgent care. I am really disappointed in their apparent inability to treat my cat and their suggested solution.
