I have made an appointment with Old Dominion Vet 3 separate times on a Saturday. I have no other days available because of my job. Each time I have showed up to my appointment on time and I've been left waiting out in the parking lot for over 1 hour and 15minutes. I've had to cancel my appointments because I cannot leave my dogs in a hot car any longer. They were able to see my cat a few weeks ago, but I only waited so long because he was sick and needed a deworming. The doctor was great and the prices were awesome, but I have waisted hours waiting for my pets to be seen. When I walked in to cancel my appointment after my long wait, I didn't even receive I'm sorry or any way to make up for it. I know personally from experience in Healthcare and veterinary work that Saturdays are busy, but I feel like waiting an hour and a half from my scheduled appointment is ridiculous.
