Yes they do, they have a lot more Smoked Meats and such in the spring and summer even into the early fall. If they do not have what you're looking for at Reams and you have the time oh, it's worth driving out to DeKalb and going to Inbodens. In my personal opinion they have a much greater selection of everything with the exception of the excellent selection of jerky they have in Elburn at Reams. DeKalb also has a confectionery area with homemade desserts as well as a bakery with all sorts of breads smoked hams and cheeses. Don't get me wrong, I will always support our local butcher in Elburn before I drive out to DeKalb, I am just saying that if you have the time and you're looking for something you can't find at reams they will definitely have it there.
