Cheryl - as John mentioned these questions are sent to other users that have been to Reams. That said I have seen the "owner" answer questions here. Usually best to give them a quick phone call for the current inventory or if your meat can be ordered.
I know Reams has many different types of meats. They are very friendly and if you call and they don't have it, they may be able to get you in the direction of where you can find it.
