Wisconsin does not require that you have a special licence to rent a firearm. However you need to be 18 to rent a rifle/shotgun and 21 to rent a pistol. Their staff is very friendly and I'm sure they would have no problem walking you through the process and teaching you how to shoot.
Agreed, also this is the best outdoor facility to shoot at in hundreds of miles.
