...well you see, I'm not going to rent a cabin, this is more of a dry run for my future backpacking trips later in the year, but thanks to those who already answered.
We stayed there this past week. It was busy. Pretty nice campground. We did a walk-in site and there were several available. Like Ray mentioned above, you can always reserve a site in advance online.
I'd recomend a double wide cottage we're at right now called "live, laugh, love". It's fantastic! Saw a lot of wildlife when we were home. Clean and cozy. We slept 6.(3 bedrooms)
I didn't Camp I stayed in the Holiday Inn just up the road from there what a beautiful place
We stayed at a "Get Away Cabin", small but cozy and it was 84/per night, totally worth it! But you may want to call ahead :)
I've never camped there but if it is the State Park campground you should be able to reserve the site you want online.
I would look into renting a house... there not all that costly... how I stayed the weekend down there was a great time..... and it was cheaper than one might think.....
