Ash Cave and some of conkles hollow are wheelchair accessible. Most of the other trails have lots and lots of stairs

There may be some areas where you can get a wheelchair or scooter to a area . Ash cave is a good one. Most may be hard to access.

Ash Cave is wheelchair accessible with an asphalt walkway to the recess cave. Conkle's Hollow (lower trail) is also wheelchair accessible. You can get trail maps here: https://www.thehockinghills.org/hiking.htm
