Yes but some trails may be to difficult for dogs.

Dogs are allowed on state park trails as long as they are non-aggressive, under control, and on a leash at all times. No swimming in the creeks or waterfalls. They are not allowed in nature preserves like Conkle's Hollow. Please remember, the park trails are one-way systems.

Yes, but some trails are crowded just ensure your dog is cool with larger crowds.

Agree that some of the trails are difficult and you need to be careful yourself. Also, lately the trails have been very crowded, so hopefully your dog would be okay in congested spots.
