You can use the walkway if you're going to court for charges. If you're there for jury duty you have to walk down the stairs and to the corner and cross the street.

Yes, there is a walkway, 7th floor, I think. If you are doing Jury duty at the building across the street from the building you took the walkway to (from the garage), you can still access it. After you pass through security take the elevators to the first floor. Make your way to the front of the building. There are another set of elevators that will take you down to the tunnel. This will take you under the street and into the building across the street. Then take the stairs up to the first floor. No need to pass through security again. I only know this because I got lost on my first day to jury duty. I hope this helps you.
