The chiro here was very nice. However, I had some issues with the billing side of things. I switched to this location from the German Village location. Was initially billed for a regular patient visit and then months later get a bill for a re-exam. It was not explained that I would be paying for a re-exam fee upon switching locations since at the time of the visit I was told to only pay my usual copay from the previous location. After receiving the bill I was given a number to call with questions. I called this number multiple times and left 2 voicemails and never heard back. Eventually had to call the office back for them to get in touch with the billing department in order to talk to someone about my bill. As a healthcare professional myself,I was disappointed that this transition of care from one location to another along with an additional re-examination charge was not well-communicated before or during my visit. Plus the additional hoops/phone calls I had to jump through just to pay my bill was discouraging as well. I’m sure this practice is just as good as the other locations, I am just disappointed in the lack of communication as a patient!

After 3 visits I would highly recommend coming here! It’s a very clean and relaxing interior and everyone working there is very polite and friendly. He explained everything in detail going over the X-Rays, the pain I was feeling, and the adjustments he was doing to me. I feel much more relaxed and less tense after 3 visits and I will definitely keep coming back!
