How long does it really take to answer the phones I have been calling for days sitting on the phone for a 45 min to a hour and not one time has anyone picked up. I am tired of my mail going to my neighbors house and there mail coming to mine.

No matter how short staffed the post office is, delivering mail to the wrong addresses is incompetence on a criminal level. What’s worse, is that you can’t even talk to anyone to report it!

Go to the post office they need help but talk to a clerk at the post office.

Post office has a skeleton crew you might have one clerk working the window with a line out the door supervisor's or out on the street running mail to people so there's no one in there we're all out working that's why
