Showed up to get a package that was supposedly delivered but looked again at the status to show that I had to pick up from the post office. I came at 1:40pm even though the hours posted said they closed at 2pm and the doors were already locked. Unprofessional branch, needs better trained employees.

I hate this post office and I always have since those two ladies was there. I ordered a package and they keep trying to deliver it to the wrong location. Its has been 3 days in a row now that this has happened. I went online to hold the package and I was going to pick it up, but when I arrived there there was no package. The young lady that was working at the time said the manager was new and messed up alot of peoples mail. So I left because she said it should be delivered to the right address this time, mailman came again and again no package. It shouldn't be that hard to read something and put it where it belongs. Im beyond frustrated.

I order a package from amazon and they sometimes use other carrier to deliver packages. I got on my computer to check the status on the package and it said it was delivered. I went outside to check in my garage to get it no package. According to the updated status the post office attempted to deliver but couldn't for reason. I was home and I have a door cam and there was attempt. I call went to the post office after I call them and I was told was there and I can pick it up today. When I there no package it was still will the carrier so I was told I can pick it up tomorrow. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. This isn't the 1st time this has happened there was a couple other times and one of those times they put on the package no such address.
