Stopped in for Service. The new service team is great. Nathan and Service Manager Tyler went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Thanks again Motohio.

I was a visitor from Canada and my older Triumph Thunderbird broke down on a road trip. I got there at the end of the day with a challenging problem. They went above and beyond to track down some hard to find parts and get me going after only a day down. Everyone I spoke with (sales, service, parts, technicians) were trying to help and if I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would.

Dave took exceptional care of me from the minute I contacted him about purchasing my F850GSA. From phone calls and emails to ensure the sales experience went well to assisting with loading up and contacting me to make sure the trip home went well. Really pleased with how smooth the entire process was and will be maintaining a relationship with this dealership (and their closer location) for future needs. These folks and BMW set the bar high on my first motorcycle experience. Enjoying everything about the 850 so far.

I do not recommend this place. I took my Ducati there for its annual service, a new tire, and because the bike stopped recognizing the fob. After waiting 3 weeks for an appointment, I put the bike on a trailer and towed it there. The service manager took my information and then walked into another room, returning with a tire. He said I could have it for $120, and I agreed. Several days later he called with news about the bike. They couldn't diagnose the fob issue, saying they tried replacing the battery, and I should just replace "everything" which would cost over $2000. They either couldn't (or wouldn't) try to diagnose the issue. I asked him how much I owe and he gave me a price of over $900. After I complained about the high cost, he said he would mark down the new tire (originally offered for $120) from $225 to $176. I pointed out his original price. The bottom line is that this was a $500 oil change. Nothing was repaired or even diagnosed. Ducati dealers are hard to find in this area, so I expected them to be the "experts." Short of replacing all the parts so that the faulty one is included, I'm stuck. And the service manager's advice was to sell the bike and let the next guy worry about it. Not exactly confidence inspiring. Finally, I was able to start the bike by holding the fob to the secondary antenna under the seat. But after two days the engine started to "miss" and it appears to be a problem with the computer. Could the onboard computer be the problem all along? Who can I take it to now? Definitely not these guys.
