They don’t answer the phone. They put it on busy. I am currently in quarantine and need to get ahold of them so i can ask about mail that I’ve never received over months and they have there phone off the hook.

The worst place I dealt with ! Placed my mail on hold because I was not getting my checks that were to be mailed, bought a PO BOX thinking the mail going to the PO BOX would go there & was getting daily informed delivery alerts I was getting mail everyday & when I went to get my mail on hold (they delivered 1 piece of mail which they weren’t supposed too) they said I didn’t have any mail on hold and they didn’t know what to tell me but the informed delivery could be days behind & now my money is missing but showed it was supposed to be delivered on Monday… the employees do not care and have reached out to an attorney because I’m not sure what the office manager is allowing there but it’s a lot of scamming going on the inspector needs to look into this location!

Bill was stolen from post office drop box and check was altered and cashed.

Most likely the previous owner didn't put in an address change? Are you able to contact the company that's sending the mail to tell them the previous owners no longer live there?

You can but the actual location does not recognize thehold even if you have a confirmation number the best thing to do is go in and sign a yellow hold card
