Needed to sign for a package and received a notice of a delivery attempt in my mailbox. I was home the entire day and sitting on my couch at the time they apparently tried to deliver. Had anyone knocked my dog would have alerted me. This happened one other time where they did not deliver an item because they said they did not have access to the delivery location. It’s a house. With a mailbox. And that item fit in the mailbox.

If I could give a -5 star for the delivery department, I WOULD!! It must be the one postman that randomly gets my route, but I keep getting notices from companies that my packages could NOT be delivered because there was no entrance to my drive!!!! THERE IS 2 ENTRANCES AND NEITHER IS BLOCKED, NOR HAVE THEY BEEN!!!! This is pure laziness and I have filed several different complaints and it has not been dealt with apparently. WHO DOES A PERSON TALK TO, TO GET THIS FINALLY FIXED??????

I why some streets in my area do not get meal for three or four days at a time and a street right behind us directly behind us get mail every day why can’t you stagger it so that people get mail every other day instead of some every four days

Because of the system postmaster general DeJoy installed it slowed down the mail delivery process. My mail has been approximately 4 days late also. When Dejoy is removed by the postal service board mail delivery should return to normal hopefully before spring. So be patient.

Doesn't really matter. They'll just put you on hold, until you give up. Ask (what I was told to do from an agent at the toll free number) for a manager, and they'll hang up.

Don't do it! The Innis Ave. Station does not comply. I've tried it several times. Doesn't work

i need to get ahold of my carrier to see if there was mail in my mailbox to be deliverd, people have been stealing my mail and it was bills i am trying to send out, im disabled and i cant go to the mailbox
