Has your container been dropped so hard by the automated collection arm that it cracks your container?

Yes! I actually seen the garbage can drop so hard and hit the ground that a wheel fell off! I was looking out the window and i seen the driver of the garbage truck get out of the truck and put my wheel on the curb and left my can laying on its side because it wouldn't stand up with a missing wheel. I took pictures and called and got a new can in a few days

I just called because mine has a huge gash in it. They will swap it out within 10 business days
