Rented a tandem kayak Sunday morning- it couldn't have been easier! Everyone was super friendly, the process was smooth, and it was a great value! Can't wait to do it again- what an amazing way to see Cleveland!

We brought our own kayaks, but we’re able to use their floating dock to get in/out of the water. Everyone was helpful and kind to help us push off and get pulled in at the end of our trip.

We rented the boat for 4 hours and ran out of gas at 3 hours. It took them over an hour to get to us to refill our tank. They treated us like idiots for running out of gas when they never told us where the gas meter was or that if we were running low to come back for gas. Never thought we would run out of gas in 3 hours on a large speed boat. While waiting we drifted near the edge (but still within their map). We told them we were drifting near the rock wall. They said nothing initially, then called back and told us to put the anchor down, which we did. At that point we were near a rock wall we put up the motor to preserve it but there were a few scratches on the side of the railing attachment for the cover. The owner treated us so disrespectfully and blamed us saying we went through more gas than we should have (which how could we do that when we were under our time limit??) I was expecting a partial refund since we lost our last hour. Instead, they charged my card an additional $750 for extra gas and “damages”. We watched the boat come in and never saw them refill the tank before we took it out which is probably why we ran out. This is their fault, not ours. 0/10 do not recommend them.
