I have got a few from the walkways on the outer beach, but not at the campground.
As long as you stay out of the long grass you zhould be fine. You got a bettef chance of getting poison ivy than ticks
How much is paid per field
Just Stay on the path and the beach
Stay away from tall grass and use bug spray. Check yourself every day for ticks. Lyme ticks are tiny, like sesame seed so they are hard to spot. If you develop flu like symptoms get to a doctor and tell them you were in a tick infested area so you can start the anti biotics. I had lyme 2 times so far and it's terrible.
I haven't heard of any incidents at the camp site. But, given the fact that there are wherever there are deers there are ticks, you can not rule it out.
Yes. Just don't go near them.or into the thick brush
