We stayed a week at Fireside RV Resort. Beautiful Campground!! It is what “camping” used to be. Shady, clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The lazy river, swim up bar and pool were really enjoyable. We will definitely be returning.

Campground is very clean. The staff and the campers are very nice and helpful. There's a lazy river with a swim up bar. They do provide a limited amount of floating tube rafts but a few people brought their own in case they ran out. No one complained and it was allowed. They even have an air tank so you don't have to blow up your rafts. They do sell food and drinks by the pool area. The pizza was good. There are covered areas with chairs, tables, and lay out areas. Very nice campground and worth it for everything that comes with it.

Loved it. Day one we were greeted courteously, stayed for two nights. The lazy river was marvelous day and night, and the drive to New Orleans was a scenic route from the grounds. Shoutout to Steph at the swim up bar for being a bomb bartender. The grounds wer clean and lovely, easy access for our fifth wheel. The only real downsides was the on sight laundramat which costs $2 for each load washed ans $2 for each load dried, with varying levels of clean or drying. Maybe update the machines, and make the dumpstee available for trash. We had trouble figuring out what to do with our kitchen trash and dinally gave up, tossing it in one of the bins about the park. The dog park fence was also being replaced/nuilt, so that was a bit of a bummer for our three dogs. All in all, it was a restful stay, we deeply enjoyed ourselves.

Yes, you can fish it. I've caught a few. WIFI, not sure.
Yes it is
We do not offer day passes, per se. What we do allow is for customers to rent a standard site Monday through Thursday at the normal rate of $65 plus tax, IF a site is available. Check in is at 3:00 pm, but if the site you book is vacant, you can come in at 8:00. There is no tent camping, and all rules of the campground apply. Since you don't have a camper to sleep in, you must leave the park at 10:00 pm when quiet hours begin.. You must park on the site, not at the pool. The $65 gets wristbands for 4. Two more people are allowed at an additional fee - $10 for 3 to 13 years of age. $20 for 14 and up. Tax is also added to these fees.
