To whom ever stays all year long in smith point beach, how much do you pay? Is there a monthly fee or weekly? Do you have access to water? For showering. What is like? I want to know before I make decisions. Thank you

You can't stay at smiths point park year round. They turn the water off in middle of November. And they have a Christmas light show during the holidays. Southaven county park you can camp year round in self contained trailer but you have to bring your own water in. Every county park turns there water supply off mid November
