I was there a Saturday and then the following Monday as soon as they opened and the second they let people inside the phones were ringing off the hook. From what I saw, they answer the phone between customers and when they have help,more then one person working the floor. It'd probably be easier just to go in the store in person.
Like Adriana said, this store is super busy. If you need to call probably best in the early afternoon after business and already rolling and in store customers are lessened and before the after rush to pick up.
