Absolutely ridiculous, these guys don’t know what they’re doing. Ceaton is probably the only one in the shop that knows how to work, that being said he is overwhelmed with work and the other “technicians”are just horsing around the shop, they over torque wheels Because they have not been trained on air guns. I want point they didn’t know how to put a hubcap back in a customers GTO and I saw them use a hammer to jam it in. Right away I grab my keys and told him not to touch my car. My appointment was at 10:30am I was told to come in 10 minutes before my appointment,But they horse around so much that they were trying to get to my car until 11:10 If I could give them no stars that would be perfect. Don’t waste your time on this location, I recommend north west location.
