Got me in as a walk in to fix a tire that was going low every two days. Had me back on the road before my 4 month old even had a chance to wake up.

Guy at the front counter was super chill despite being super busy. Also service was done for a drop off before my appointment time even hit.

These guys are absolutely incredible. Bought the wrong tires (by my stupid mistake) and they got me the right ones in the next day and swapped them out at no charge. This is one of the reasons i will never buy tires anywhere else!

There are few people, in my experience in business, with the kind of integrity that Mike at Discount Tire has. We had a problem we just couldn’t fix and he went WAY above and beyond to make it right in a way that you just don’t see in the world these days. I am a customer for life with all of my cars and trucks and everyone else should be too if they knew who’s steering the ship at this shop.

Questions & Answers

Why can't you answer your phone?

I was there a Saturday and then the following Monday as soon as they opened and the second they let people inside the phones were ringing off the hook. From what I saw, they answer the phone between customers and when they have help, more then one person working the floor. It'd probably be easier just to go in the store in person.

Discount Tire only does tires and rims. While they're very good with that (the torque wrenches always appear near the end) the most they do is remove the debris from your hub before they put the tire on. They don't do alignment either as they'd have to adjust the car to do that. They will patch, air up, balance, and do rotations because it's just the tire.
