I don't think so. Pre-Order is only working online. Best Buy has these two ways of trade-in . You don't have to carry or send any accessories, just the phone.

Yesterday i went to the Google store and they said yes you can! Just bring the phone in fact they will even help you with the transfer of data. Plus (if you have Google store and want to use it you can use it in person)

I think you can do in store trade INS for in stock phones. You do not need to include accessories.
