I thank them for being there, when I needed to walk into a store and be helped immediately. I showed up right after they opened and couldn't have been more pleased with their service. I would recommend making use of the physical location by going in-person.
The problem with this is that it's insanely difficult to call and see what the Google store can. Can they fix my phone screen in an hour? Can they change my battery out at 7pm without keeping my device? Phones lines are NEEDED to get instant answers to these things.
Nah may as well get to their general helpline, voice or text.
Support for phone related issues is more readily available during the early morning hours. In my recent experience, by the time noon comes around they are quite busy.
