Its not the rookies fault. Its poor management. You don't put a rookie in the line of overwhelming odds and irritated customers on their first day. Its demoralising for the new employee. For that hour or two you get someone that can handle the position and move the rookie to a support roll. Putting young people in such a position is why they don't come back to work or don't last very long. Its no wonder the turnover rate is so high.
Everyone has to learn and people do run out of things. I understand it's aggravating going to pick something up and it not being ready. But we all make mistakes. Hopefully it doesn't continue to be an ongoing issue.
I love little Caesars and a rookie at the cash register must have been av new employee i agree with Jason Rush someone has to start somewhere in life. I'm sure Mark Smith had to began somewhere and has made lots of mistakes. Keep up the good work little Caesars
